Who We Are

We’re a distributed agency of seven (so far) designers and developers creating high-performance custom WordPress websites for market leading web publishers.

We work from home, set our own hours, and lead happy lives. We’re self-motivated professionals who determine our own pace to meet project deadlines. We’re passionate about learning and sharing our knowledge. When one person gets stuck on a complex problem, everyone joins in on the challenge to help them figure it out.

Our leadership team believes the best way to serve clients is by building the best team. That means our motivation is to help team members become the best designers and developers possible. We teach our team members the same systems and processes that made us successful so that they can be just as successful as we are.

Who You Are

You’re a star player who’s already proven their chops, and your portfolio shows it. You’ve been working in your field for at least 5 years and in many ways, you’re already an expert. You enjoy talking with clients and have a knack for describing complex issues in an understandable way.

You’re kind, open minded, and empathetic because you understand that the unique viewpoints of clients, users, and your team are valuable. You’re driven to be better tomorrow than you are today, and you take feedback as an opportunity to improve your work. You believe in the open web and understand that best practices helps keep the internet a valuable, interoperable resource. You’re looking to join the right team who’ll value your contributions and respect your work.
