The affordable start
You shouldn’t need to spend thousands of dollars to start your food blog. We’ll provide you a free theme, detailed instructions, and a video guide to setting up a food blog with all the same features & functionality as our fully custom themes. Make it uniquely your own by uploading a logo, selecting your fonts, and customizing the colors.
Our mission is to help publishers grow and thrive, so we’ve decided to release our core technology for free. Once you’ve grown your traffic and have monetized your blog with an ad network, you may decide to use one of our paid services for a redesign in the future.
What’s Required
- A domain name (ex: yoursite.com). You can purchase one from Namecheap or Godaddy.
- A web host. We recommend BigScoots, but any high quality WordPress managed host will work.
- Advanced Custom Fields plugin, which is required for all the custom blocks we’ve built into the theme (ex: Post Listing, Quick Links…). We recommend the “Personal” license for $49/year.
No Support Included
As a small team, we can only provide support to our paying customers. If you need help implementing the initial setup or making customizations to the theme, I recommend working with Mike Z or Codeable.
